General Terms: •Franchisee is appointing only sale our registered services under company brand name. •Franchisee Fees is Non-refundable (mention in website that can be changeable). •Franchisee Business benefits are mentions in website which is Payout Commission (as per slab which will be available in their Admin panel), Sales Schemes, Stationary, Flex, Social media support & Advertisement. •Every City has several appointed franchisee which will be mention in company website. •Franchisee is not a direct Sales associate sale the registered services directly without consent of company. •Franchisee Termination terms is detailed in Terms and rules agreement. •Franchisee Termination – if does not procure any business for THREE months since joining date. •Franchisee Re-starting after termination will be paid Rs 50000.00 (Rs Fifty Thousand only ) •LATHI is a Professional team (Advocates, CA and Others) we take the cases on behalf of evidences which will be provided by Customer. (Any fake information / evidence can refuse the case anytime). •LATHI does not take any Guarantee of success / Win or Defeat / Loss because we can process in proper channel but can take one way decision. •Associates – Any adult can join us after paying a Fix Charges (Rs 10,000.00) they will get direct commission as on their own business only. Benefit slab will be available in their Admin panel. •Franchisee / Associates will bear their own all tax liability. •Rest Terms will be explained in detailed Terms Form.
